What devices do you service?+
PlayStation 4/5/Pro, MacBook Pro/Air, Windows laptops, Xbox Series X/S, gaming PCs, plus network/IT consulting in the Helsinki region.
Are diagnostics really free?+
Always, and there is nothing to pay for us turning up either — travel is included in the price of the work. The one exception: if we come out and no work is needed or wanted after all, the trip is €12.
What's your service area?+
Greater Helsinki: Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kerava. We come to you for most maintenance work. Further out we add €0.50/km and only travel for work that is already agreed — otherwise we sort it remotely or you bring the device to the workshop.
Do you offer warranty?+
Yes — 90-day warranty on our repair work, plus the statutory 2-year cover on replacement parts. New components carry the manufacturer's warranty.
How long does maintenance take?+
PS5 cleaning: about 1.5 hours, often same day. MacBook battery or complex repairs: 1–3 business days.
Is my data safe?+
We back up before any reinstall and you check the backup yourself before we touch the OS. Bring your own copy too if the files matter — no one should have a single copy of anything.
